Something that I wonder about the pastors & leaders :P
How do you see the church? Do you see the members as equal as Christ is; spotless and blameless in the eyes of the Father or do you see them as constantly in lack, inadequate, in need of striving to be like Christ? Do you see them as perfect as Jesus is or as fallen as the world is ? Do you see them through the covenant of Grace or the covenant of the Law? How do you see yourself in Christ? Do you see the Father loving you with a neverending Grace or battering you with a neverending task list?
